Are You Board Certified with the American Board of Orthodontists?

Board certification is a distinction held by approximately half of all orthodontists in the United States. To obtain certification from the American Board of Orthodontics, a specialist must put forth considerable effort in addition to running and maintaining a practice. For instance, specialists must pass demanding oral and written tests and present a series of case studies of individuals they have successfully treated. The accreditation procedure can take as little as five years but as many as ten years.

What Type of Orthodontic Treatment Is Best for Me?
